Due to being Ex Military, we are not your typical man and van service. Most 1 man and 1 van services do not have all the right insurances to cover themselves and your item, unlike us. We are covered with both Public Liability and Goods In Transit insurance with all the correct licence categories to drive the vehicles within our fleet. This means you can rest assured your item is in the safest of hands and will be looked after as if they were our own.

Unlike other companies, we take responsibility and take the onus away from you when it comes to looking after your item during its transit. This means we take pictures of everything:

Before we move the items.
Once the items are loaded in the vehicle.
Once the item is in place at the other side.

We do this so if there is any damage occurred under our care, we can then show this our insurance and get you a replacement as soon as possible.

To show this we take pictures of the item before we touch it, once loaded in the van and once again when we drop it off so you can compare the quality of the item you are receiving, whether that is a sofa, wardrobe, washing machine, fridge freezer, or from a more commercial point of view, a new office printer, new set of desks, etc. Because we are covered with public liability and goods in transit insurance, this means your goods are covered for if the worst does happen and your goods are damaged for any reason, such as a RTA (Road Traffic Accident) or we have to emergency stop to save the little ones life who has just run into the road.
